Additional fees

Applicant must submit application online (www.gothamwestnyc.com) and provide supporting documents directly online. The application fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor (if needed) which is non-refundable.

The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:
- Copy of their government issued photo IDs
- Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records
- 2 most recent paystubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed
- Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor

Once approved, $1,000 is required as security deposit. Gotham Point may require an additional security deposit if
FICO score is below 700, to bring up the security deposit amount in escrow up to 1 month’s rent.

Apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. All furniture, decor and household items seen in photos are available and can be included with apartment for easy move-in. Pricing for furniture is negotiable.

Move-in date is flexible.
