Mostly unfurnished. We can leave a few pieces of furniture behind, but you'd need a mattress, sofa, and tv.

Similar units priced at $6,000 - $7,000+. We’ve been stabilized for 5 years, which is why ours is lower.

We're sad to be leaving this apartment because we've loved it, but we're expecting and moving into a two-bedroom. The video was filmed when we first moved in. Building maintenance has been fantastic and has replaced the washer, dryer, and dishwasher all in the last year.
