The kitchen features a new oven with a cast iron griddle on top that's perfect for quesadillas and smash burgers and easy to clean.

Comfortably fits 3-5 people, with room in the main bedroom for an air mattress if needed. Smart TV in the living room with built-in streaming apps & Roku—guests can log into their own Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and other services.

This is a sensory-friendly household with indoor and outdoor trampolines, a sensory swing, weighted blankets, and calming toys. As the parent of an autistic and ADHD child, I've designed this space to be comfortable rather than precious, with toys, games, and books throughout. There's also a home office setup and printer available for school or work needs.
