Additional fees

Applicant will need to submit an application with the Maybury leasing team and all supporting documents directly to the leasing team to qualify for the assignment of the lease. The app fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:



· Copy of their government issued photo ID(s)

· Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records

· 2 most recent pay stubs (yearly compensation must be 40X the monthly rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)

· OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed

8. Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor (if any).

9. If and once approved, assignor(s) & assignee(s) would be signing assignment documents.

10. One (1) month’s rent, and additional security deposit if any, is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards the following month’s rent.
