I am looking for someone to sublet my room from March 1 to July 31 (start date flexible, likely possible to transfer lease). It’s a renovated 2 bed, 1 bath in a 3rd floor walk up in Crown Heights near Brower Park. Rent is $1650 plus utilities.

The bedroom will be unfurnished but the common areas will be furnished (kitchen, living room, bathroom). The bedroom is queen size and has a large window. It is on the non street facing side of the apartment so it is quiet, stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer, and gets great light. There are mini splits in the apartment so you can control the temperature in each room.

There is one roommate (24, non-binary) who is very nice and tends to be in office 3-4 days per week. They are friendly and very respectful of personal space and happy to communicate living preferences.

There are currently no pets in the apartment and that is preferred but the building is pet-friendly and we are open to discussing a pet.

The apartment is a 7 min walk to the Kingston 3 and an 11 minute walk to the Kingston Throop C.
