We've absolutely loved living here, but are moving out early due to job relocation. Looking for someone to either take over the lease assignment directly with the landlord through Oct 31, 2026, or sign a new 12-month lease. In either case, move-in date would be Mar 6, 2026 or later. Note that gross rent is $4,945/month, but we are offering an incentive to reduce net rent to $4,300/month.
It's a recently renovated 1BR/1BA apartment on the 28th floor with gorgeous views of the East River, Manhattan, and Queens. After living in NYC for the past 14 years, this is one of the best-designed apartments we've ever had:
- Large bedroom that fits our king bed and a work desk (with room to spare), along with a walk-in closet
- Spacious kitchen with tons of storage and a huge countertop
- Roomy living area that comfortably fits our dining table, couch/coffee table/TV, and a second work desk
- Closet for coats, shoes, and pantry items near the entrance, as well as an additional closet by the bathroom for extra storage
- In-unit washer/dryer (changed my life)
- Free access to gym on the 1st floor of the building, as well as community space (pool table) and private outdoor area with BBQ grills
- Super friendly doormen who never miss a package
- Located in the heart of Gantry Park with tons of green space and soul-healing walks along the water
- 10-15 minutes walking distance of: 7/G/E/M trains, multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's/Dumbo Market/Food Cellar), some of the best restaurants in NYC
Honestly, we've loved living here so much that we convinced two of our closest friends to also live in our same building. You can basically get anywhere in NYC via the 7 train (which stops through Grand Central and Times Square) and we've been able to explore so many new parts of Queens and Brooklyn through the 7 and G trains.
