Spacious and quiet private room available in a well-kept apartment located literally steps (12 seconds on foot) from 125th Street station (A, B, C, D lines) — no street to cross at all. All express trains stop here, allowing extremely fast access to downtown Manhattan. You are 20 minutes away from Columbia University and 15mn away from the City College of New York (CUNY).

The room features very high ceilings (~20 ft / 6 meters), a large built-in storage space, and a 2-meter hanging rail with plenty of hangers. The room is fully furnished and includes a queen-size bed, a desk, a chair, a bedside table with drawers and storage, and a shelving unit, making it immediately ready to move in. The apartment includes a bathtub, in-building washer and dryer, and a large shared living room. The landlord stays in the living room only once every 2–3 months when in New York for work. The building is accessible with a wheelchair. The apartment is at the 3rd floor, there is an elevator.

Monthly rent is $1740 all included (rent + utilities + internet).

The building has a private backyard with children’s play structures, which also works perfectly for pull-ups or light workouts.
