-Great neighborhood: 5 min walk from A,B,C,2,&3 trains. 10 min walk from gym. Bars, bodegas, and grocery stores one block away. 3 blocks from Central Park, 2 blocks from Morningside Park.

The room is unfurnished, but there is an air conditioning unit. Sorry, but no cats, and no couples.

Looking for at least a 3 month stay, but flexible - open to shorter or longer. No preference over age or gender, as long as there is proof of work and income.
