The two buildings house an assortment of rare features such as duplexes with floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and original art deco accents. The buildings are conveniently located blocks away from Grand Central Station and the United Nations.

Additional fees

Applicant must make 40x the rent and have credit over 600.

APPLICATION + FEES: There is a non-refundable $20 fee for each applicant and guarantor.
All applicants and guarantors must fill out their own application and consent to a hard credit check.
Application documents must be uploaded into your on-line account which can be created by visiting
brodsky.com, click Rentals, scroll down to click on your specific apartment, then click the “Apply”
button. If preferred, a leasing representative can send you a direct online link to apply by email.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: Each applicant and guarantor must submit the following documents
with their on-line applications:
1. Two most recent bank statements from your primary checking and/or savings accounts.
2. Photo ID – i.e., driver’s license, non-driver ID, passport.
3. Proof of Income: Please submit at least one of the following:
- SIGNED EMPLOYMENT LETTER - Must be on business stationery confirming job title, salary,
length of employment, and guaranteed bonuses, if any.
- PAY STUBS - Two most recent.
- THE WORK NUMBER - If your employer uses this automated verification system,
you must obtain the report from this service and provide it to your leasing representative.

IF SELF-EMPLOYED: We require an application and income verification for both the applicant and
company consisting of the past two years’ tax returns, or a signed letter from a CPA verifying the last
two years’ Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Self-prepared tax returns will ONLY be accepted in the cases
where the applicant is a CPA.
