I am seeking a subletter to replace me for a fully furnished spacious studio with WiFi from early February (latest by mid-Feb) through May for $1600 base rent with extra cost of utilities (typically $80) and WiFi ($85). The studio is a 4th-floor walk-up on a well-maintained and safe block, with very easy access to transit. It is just one block from the #6 subway at E 110th St station, a 10-minute walk to Central Park, and direct. 20 minutes to Grand Central and 30 min to the NYU Washington Square as well as the Columbia campus. The supermarket and laundry are right around the corner. The place needs to be kept very clean and I am looking for a non-smoker subtenant with no pets to care of the apartment.
