Lovely apartment with gorgeous views of the sunrise from the bedroom and living room. Breaking the lease early because I need to relocate for work.
I have signed a two year lease on 5/1/2025 that runs until 4/30/ 2027 with the option to end the lease early on 5/1/2026. If you were to take over my lease, you would benefit from maintaining my current rent until 5/1/2027.
However, per the building rules, you have to apply to the building and submit your financial information. Regular apartment renting rules apply (e.g., that you must make 40x the rent in either salary or personal income unless you have significant savings).
