The apartment is partially furnished, but the furniture is optional and can be removed if preferred. The total monthly rent: $3,700. Internet is included and electricity you will pay separately. The apartment has a private balcony with a direct view on Hudson River and NYC views! The kitchen has an open concept with a kitchen island. Whole Foods grocery store is a block away. You will also have a quick access to the Light Rail transportation.

This is pet friendly building. If you have a pet a separate fee might apply. The current apartment is partially furnished. All furniture is new. You will have all necessary furniture except for the couch. Apartment includes queen bed, 2 big dressers, night stands, computer desk, computer chair, two bar stools for the kitchen island, and two chair and coffee table for a private balcony. The Aparment has a huge walk in closet. FYI: the furniture can be removed if preferred.
