We are a couple and have lived here for just over 4 years. The prior tenants were roommates, but we used the second room as our living room. We love the location and our neighbors and building staff. The super is awesome and the door staff are great. Alas our good friends are leasing out a unit in their building and we cant turn down this opportunity.
Our lease ends at the end of November but the building will over you a new lease then if you wish to stay.

The one thing to note is that they are remodeling all of the roofing so the roof deck and courtyard are under construction for the time being but should be fully open by end of spring. There will be a dog run onthe 2nd floor courtyard with tables and trees and the 9th floor roof deck will have communal grills and tables with lounge furniture for entertaining.

Due to limited closet space for 2 people, there is a large freestanding wardrobe in one bedroom we can leave if desired.
