Hi! I am subletting my gorgeous three bedroom apartment in Brooklyn until May,
The home is big and spacious, with great energy, I'm a very intentional and conscious person, so I keep my space extremely high vibrational. We have a backyard and a front porch, laundry, heat, hot water, and a state-of-the-art water filter attached to the sink. One of the bedrooms has a bed, and the other two bedrooms are being used as an office, and as a storage room. There are kids living in the apartment above so occasionally there is noise from them running around, sometimes can be a bit loud but overall the apartment is very quiet. It is 420 friendly if you are into that! It's a 7 min walk to the 2 &3 trains at Saratoga avenue. There's a deli on the corner and it's close by Pitkin ave with tons of shops and food.
