The lease is 5 months long, from Feb 1 - June 30 (but can be flexible on start date). The apartment is steps away from the F/M, 1 block from the N/R/W, and multiple other subway lines and buses nearby.
The apartment is in a full-service building just south of Central Park, with elevators, 24/7 doormen, a gym, and other amenities. There is in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and even a wine cooler. Apartment is WELL under market price, $2050. It is very well kept and modern, with lots of storage and beautiful living spaces. My current roommate is very sweet and fairly reserved.
