I’m breaking my lease to move in with my partner and am looking for a qualified tenant to take over my studio + home office apartment at 63 Wall Street.

This is a lease assignment, meaning the new tenant will sign directly with building management and is subject to standard building approval ($20 application fee per applicant).

The apartment is a Studio + Home Office with 1 bathroom and measures just over 600 square feet. Lots of light from the two west-facing windows in the main living area, massive closet in the home office/bedroom. The kitchen has a unique cut-out that can house your own wine fridge, coffee corner, or both!

63 Wall Street is a 24/7 doorman building with valet/package services, and an incredible amenities package that includes a 2-story gym, a private residents-only bar in the building, golf simulators, multiple resident lounges, roofdeck, and more.

Apartment details
• Rent: $4,450/month
• Move-in date: February 1
• Lease term: Through April 23, with the option to renew directly with management
• Utilities: Electricity billed by the building

Amenities
• Optional amenity package (gym, etc.): $75/month

Incentives

If signed by Jan 31:
• 1 month free rent
• I’ll cover 3 months of amenity fees
• I’ll reimburse the application fee for one applicant

Additionally, some furniture may be available for sale.

$20 application fee per applicant (required by building).
