Private bedroom (unfurnished) and private full bathroom
$1750/month + utilities
Room can fit a queen-sized mattress, large desk, and two dressers
Walk-in closet

The apartment:

In-unit laundry
Dishwasher
Backyard

The building:

4 min walk to Flushing M/J
14 min walk to Myrtle-Willoughby or Flushing Ave G train stop
15 min walk to Montrose Ave L train stop
The landlord lives in building with prompt responses/maintenance

Rent will remain the same if you re-sign after the current lease ends! My roommate (25, M) is the nicest guy I know, quiet, and clean. I’m only moving out to move in with my girlfriend!
