There is a large main closet, as well as two closets in the bedroom, one small, and the other large, similar to the size of the main closet. The unit has a dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge, and a microwave. Window AC units can also be left behind, if requested. Two in-building washers and dryers available in the basement.

Rent is $2,738 through June 30th, after which the management company will issue a new lease agreement, normally for the term of 1 year.

The apartment is about an 8 minute walk to the Grove Street PATH Station. It is also around a 10 minute walk to the Exchange Place PATH Station and the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal. It is a 5 minute walk to the Essex Street Light Rail Station.
