Rates for Hoboken apartments are subject to a 11.625% (6.625% sales and use tax + 5% state occupancy tax). These taxes are applied to all rentals that are less than 90 consecutive days or 89 consecutive nights. For a reservation that is less than 90 days and extends past the 90 days – taxes are applicable for the first 90 days. Refund of taxes occurs on the 91st consecutive day.
