Savoy Park is a gated apartment complex with security guards and there's a dedicated package room in the building for tenants. Close to the 2/3 train at 135th St and the 4/5 train at 138th St Grand Concourse. There's an elevator in the building as well as a full laundry room and bike storage. Building is pet friendly too.

Once approved by the management office, you'll be added as a tenant to the current lease in order to finish out the remainder of the term; that means you'll become the primary tenant on the existing lease, and you'll be offered a renewal once the current lease expires April 30th.

On a personal note, this apartment has been a wonderful gathering place for my friends and a safe haven when I've needed time to myself. It's served me very well the last few years, and I hope it serves you too!
