I am breaking my lease early due to circumstances in which I need to move. There is another renter.

The building is on York ave and has immediate access to a bus route that runs up and down York ave. It is 2 avenues away from the Q train (there is an entrance on 83rd street), and a 10-15 minute walk from the 4,5,6 line. It is a 15-25 minute walk to central park, and right next to several parks on the east river such as the John Jay Park and Carl Schurz Park.

I would prefer to move out sooner than later and will be paying the rent for the month of January, thereby if you move in before the month is over, you will be paying less than 2k per month, not much but its something.
