I am moving on June 1 into a new apartment and am looking for someone to take over my current lease on my 1 bedroom apartment in the east village. The landlord has given the OK to begin showing this unit to potential tenants who would be interested in signing a new lease.

The unit is very well sized and spacious compared to other 1 BR units in the area. There is a very good-sized living room/bedroom area, as well as a separate room kitchen area and a large bathroom (see pics for more detail).

The unit faces east 9th street and receives really fantastic light in the mornings and throughout the day.

Finally, if you like some of the furniture in the apartment, we can discuss you keeping it (otherwise I will get rid of most of it).
