Lease takeover available for room in a 2bd 1 bath apartment Greenpoint conveniently 5 minutes away from the Greenpoint Ave G train.

I’ve been in this unit for 2.5 years and looking to break my lease to move. Current roommate is a 27 yr old male who works in tech. He’s friendly, quiet and tidy and has been a great roommate. He’s usually out and about most of the day so there’s plenty of peace and quiet.

The apartment has a decent size bedroom that can fit a king bed, living room, kitchen with gas appliances and bathroom. My portion of the rent is $2,250 per month (split proportionally based on apartment sq ft). Total rent is $4,100.

There isn’t laundry in the building but there are literally 4 different laundromats all within a 2-3 block radius so laundry’s never been a big issue.

The apartment is on Noble St. It’s a beautiful tree lined brownstone street with awesome bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The G is a five minute walk away and I can usually get to the bedford L in under 15 min or a 5 min citi bike.

The apartment can come either furnished or unfurnished with the furnishings in the pictures

Looking for January move in. The lease expires in August 2026 with the option to renew. Likely the ability to takeover the second bedroom at the end of the lease.
