This studio has been such a wonderful home for me, and I’d love to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. It gets amazing natural light through large north-facing windows that look out onto a small park and playground. Being on the 14th floor means it’s quiet and away from street noise.

I was the first tenant after a full renovation and have kept it in great condition over the past four years. It’s a comfortable size for one person, with a separate kitchen (not in the main living space) and a spacious bathroom with plenty of storage.

The building recently renovated the gym and pool, which has been a great perk. It's a full-service building with really great staff--the doormen are amazing and the building staff keeps the building in great shape. The neighborhood is super convenient—lots of grocery options (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Brooklyn Fare, H Mart), restaurants, shopping, and easy subway access. There’s even a building shuttle to Columbus Circle during commute hours.
