Our lease is up for renewal on July 1, 2026 -- if we feel it's a good fit, you'd be welcome to continue subletting, or even sign onto the lease! (You would then need to do a credit check with the landlord, for like $30).

Additional fees

The landlord requires that we sign all roommates onto a Roommate Agreement, which outlines some basic house rules and our 30-day notice of vacancy (if you're moving out or if we ask you to move out, 30 days notice is required).

No credit or background check necessary, but we do take 1 month refundable security deposit (which is returned to you on the day you move out, provided no theft or major damage to property has taken place).
