It’s a fantastic apartment and absolutely perfect location for NYC! Right in the middle of the beauty (and great restaurants) of Fort Greene and a block from Downtown BK (whole foods, trader joes, Aldi, apple store etc). It’s the absolute most convenient location in Brooklyn with all the subway and train lines a block from the apartment. I’ve lived here since 2019 and love the people and front desk staff in the building too. (Dog not included)
