Looking for a roommate for my apartment on 1st & 4th (1st floor). for jan15th or feb 1st. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, so you'd just need to bring stuff for your room.
I'm a consultant who works from home during the day 2-3 days a week, so ideally someone who works from an office or has evening/night hours – but not a dealbreaker. I don't drink and keep things pretty clean and organized.
Fair warning: I have a Samoyed named Masha who's extremely adorable and friendly. If you're not a dog person, this probably isn't the spot.
Rent is $2,200/month plus half utilities. Looking for someone who wants to stay for at least 6 months and will treat the space well.
