Literally across the street from Trader Joe's and the 7 train, short walk to E, M, and G trains. Earlier move-in date is negotiable. The building has a gym, pool, basketball court, and many other lux amenities if you pay the monthly amenity fee (about $100/person/month). Note that if you wish to stay past May 2026, you will need to sign a new lease with management.

Incentives

The monthly rent is $6,350, but upon you taking over the lease, we will give you $3,400 in cash. This means the net effective rent, for 4 months, is 6350 - 3400/4 = $5,500.

Additional fees

All applicants must provide:

- Visa Holders: If you are in the U.S. on a visa, you must upload a copy of your visa showing the visa number and expiration date
- SSN or ITIN: If you do not have one, a valid I-94, I-94W, or I-20 must be provided
- If W2 employed: Three (3) most recent pay stubs
- If newly employed: Signed and dated employment letter on company letterhead stating position, start date, and annual salary
- If Self-Employed: CPA letter confirming your position and projected AGI for the year OR Copy of the past two (2) years of tax returns
- If Student: Letter from your school’s registrar confirming enrollment

Full furnishing is negotiable, about $300-$500 per month for both bed rooms. For free, we will provide a futon, a dining table, the kitchen island, basic kitchen supplies.
