I’m relocating to San Francisco for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my studio starting January 17. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would not be leaving if I weren’t moving. The apartment, building, and location have all been so great!

About the studio
The unit is very clean, quiet, and gets good morning light from the south-east facing window. The layout fits a queen size bed and a full work-from-home setup comfortably. The 7 train is a five-minute walk, and Penn Station (1, 2, 3, A, C, E) is about twelve minutes away. The area is extremely safe, with Whole Foods three minutes away and Hudson Yards Mall five minutes away. Chelsea, Herald Square, and Midtown are all nearby.

Building
The building has excellent amenities, including a gym, pool, and multiple indoor and outdoor lounges. There is a package room and laundry downstairs as well. The doormen are genuinely some of the nicest I’ve ever met :)

Furniture option
If you prefer, I can leave the apartment fully furnished at a very discounted price. This includes an expensive ergonomic office chair, standing desk, two full-size mattresses, kitchen supplies, bathroom items, and other essentials. I can also move everything out if you want an empty space.

Lease details
The rent is $3,955.88 and is non-negotiable since the agreement is signed directly with management. The lease runs through August 31, 2025. After that, you can choose to renew at the building’s market rate. Studio at this building is ~$4400 range at the moment so you're getting a deal.
