The building is well maintained, has good water pressure and heat, responsive supers, and access to a huge roof with a skyline view. Great laundromat just a block away.

Minimum sublease is for one month but depending on circumstances there will be an option to extend for another. I am away from the city for a while taking care of obligations elsewhere but this is truly a great apartment in a wonderful area and I know you'll enjoy it here. Please let me know if interested!
