Seeking subletter from January 4 - May 15 (flexible dates).

We will be traveling for work and are looking to find someone interested in a sublet for our light-filled XL one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom on the Upper East Side.

*We are able to sublet via an application through the landlord—we will notify them when we have an interested applicant.*

The apartment is filled with natural light thanks to its large windows and unobstructed view. It is fully furnished with everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable.

The living room features a large couch to sink into and watch the 75” TV. There’s a workstation with a dual-monitor set-up at a Fully standing desk with a Herman Miller chair. The bedroom has a queen sized bed from Keetsa and an additional desk with a monitor. The full bathroom (with shower and tub) is located off the bedroom. The half bath is located off the hallway entrance.

The kitchen includes new, full-size stainless steel appliances and is fully appointed, including a dishwasher, Vitamix, Nespresso machine, Instant Pot, juicer, and food processor along with primarily natural (non-plastic) materials. Enjoy your meals at the 6-person wood dining table.

Each room has integrated heating/cooling controls for each room.

About the Building
Safe, quiet, and secure building with full-time doormen and great staff. All packages and deliveries are made to each unit via the building staff, so only staff, residents, and approved guests can enter. Fitness center on top floors includes gym equipment, an outdoor roof deck, and an indoor pool with incredible views. Non-smoking.

Location: Lenox Hill. Easy access to Midtown and express trains while still being in a slightly more relaxed neighborhood. Big perk: located near a variety of grocery stores (Whole Foods Daily Market, Ouri's, Grace's, Morton Williams, Health Nuts, Target, Citarella). Close to UES hospitals, Hunter College, Rockefeller University.

Transit: Q, F(M), and 6 trains and M15 SBS, M66 buses. Short walk to 4/5/6/N/R/W (~10 min). Walking distance to Roosevelt Island Tram.

Sublet: Flexible dates. A good fit for 1-2 people. Planning on processing the sublet agreement through the landlord, a small fee may apply per tenant (we believe $20). No smoking.

Additional Option: If you happen to travel during the sublet, we would be open to coordinating and potentially returning to the apartment while you’re away. Of course, we’d deduct those days from the rent. This would be 100% optional and at your full discretion. (We just like our home!)
