The studio is gorgeous and unique. I've lived in downtown Manhattan for 15 years and this is the best managed building by far. It's a jewel box with only 5 units. When you step in (btw all locks are managed with Latch App so you don't need to carry keys) the corridors and stairs are in immaculate hardwood flooring with carpets so it really feels like a home.
The unit (number 3) is facing the other side of the street looking behind townhouses. It's very green and super quiet. You get beautiful sunlight all season. In the morning you'll just hear birdsongs, no traffic or street sounds. The studio has charming brick wall and track lighting. Hardwood floors and fully renovated kitchen. Heating is excellent, no radiator all electric. AC is an integrated unit so there's no noise or drip. BRAND NEW IN-UNIT WASHER DRYER that was installed this year. This is a high end setup. The management company is very responsive and super is always available. I've been here since 2022 and I had no issues whatsoever.
The location is honestly hard to beat. PATH train stop is 2 blocks out. 1 train station is 5 mins away. L train is 10 mins away. Right outside of the building is Hudson st bus station, and M8 cross town bus station is literally outside the door. Great for commuting anywhere.
