Hi guys!

I am Kaushal and I am looking for lease transfer (but also open to sublet) my private room in 106th street neat Amsterdam Ave in a 4bed/2bath apartment. The lease is valid from 1st Jan to 5th of August ( I am flexible on the dates)

The room and the apartment comes furnished with a bed, table, chair, AC and electric heater (along with building heating) in the room. The living room is also fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, owen sofa, table etc. Laudry is available in the building.

You will be sharing your apartment with 3 other guys (between the age of 24 and 27) who are currently studying at Columbia University.

The closest subway is at 103rd street which is a 5-10 minute walk and there are buses M7/M11 right around the corner. Riverside and Certral part are only 15 minutes away from the apartment. There are also a bunch of restaurants in the area.

Trader joes, Target, whole foods market are all walking distance from the building.

The cost is 1250 per month excluding utilities.
