- Employment Letter stating position, salary, and length of employment and bonuses (if any) on company letterhead, OR a recently dated offer letter, OR a verifiable source of income letter
- If you/your personal guarantor are self-employed, own a business, independent contractor, principle, shareholder, retired, etc., we require a CPA letter on a company letterhead
- Requires source of income of 40x the gross monthly rent annually, and go through a credit check (otherwise, will need 80x for guarantors or use third-party company to guarantee lease)
