Hi everyone,

I am leaving my lease early so I am looking for someone to take over my lease for 3 months. It is a beautiful apartment and I loved living here, but I decided to move to the suburbs and thus are looking for someone to take over the lease. You would take the lease over from the building directly, without me as a middleman, and would have the opportunity to re-sign for a full 12 months at the end of the lease takeover. The rent is $4,650, but I am willing to pay $3k (equivalent of $1k per month) to make your effective rent $3,650/month for the 3 months.

It is a beautiful spacious 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment with a walk in closet. It is in a great location in the north of hells kitchen, right near Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center.

Incentives

Security Deposit: $0 if you set up autopay via Bilt Rewards (otherwise standard deposit applies).

Additional fees

Fees: Only a $20 application fee.

Requirements: Must make 40x the monthly rent (~$186k annual income) to qualify.
