This is my own apartment that I am not leaving, but I want to sublet for June, July, and August, when I will not be there. You would have the place to yourself. It's a wonderful place to spend time in summer, right in Hell's Kitchen, just a few blocks from Times Square. You would have the entire place, which is a spacious 1 bedroom.
