2 rooms available for rent in this 4 bedroom artist loft. Move in January 1st, till end of lease, July 1st.

Looking for a fellow creative to share this space with. Would ideally like to have someone interested in renting both rooms, one as a bedroom and 1 as an office/studio space.

In addition to the two rooms and living room, there is also an extremely large hallway that can be used as storage or a work space. The previous tenant used the space for a work bench.

The building has a basement that includes laundry, bike storage and a mini gym. There is a secure package room in the lobby only accessible by key fob. The building also features a large roof, perfect for grilling, parties, painting, music, fabricating. I'll occasionally do wood work and painting for my job up there.

I work in the film industry and use the apartment both as a living/ work space. I don't always work from home but will when the job requires.

This is a loft that houses many artists, including musicians. The sound proofing is fairly solid and band practices are not super frequent but you will hear them from time to time. I have a drum kit and a band that practices every so often. Usually a couple times a month, for a couple hours at a time. I'll give a few days notice when scheduling practices and will make an effort to work around your schedule.

I've lived in the area for around 7 years. Theres tons of food options. Great grocery sores and produce markets. Lots of live music, nightlife and even a local movie theater. Close to the M and L trains, about 5-10 min walk. With the B 38,54 busses right around the corner.

My lease ends at the end of June, I'd be happy to talk to the building about transferring the lease to the new tenant if they wish to stay, but I can not guarantee this.
