This is a lease take over from January 1 :) Looking for a female roommate to sublet a private room in this 2 bedrooms and 2 baths- the available room has its own full bathroom and a spacious closet. This apartment has central air/heat, an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, storage space, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a private backyard with a garden which is a great for entertaining! Street Parking is available right outside of the apartment and trash/recycling is downstairs and is handled by maintenance every week. Water is included, wifi and utilities are not included but is $15-50 on average per month.

This conveniently located apartment is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop, 25 minutes from Manhattan, and less than 10 minutes from Hoboken and Jersey City. There is a hair/nail salon and bodega downstairs, meaning there is no tenant below and no quiet hours. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as beautiful parks, small shops, and plenty to do in the surrounding area!

The current tenant is a young professional, she spends most afternoons at home and will be sharing the common areas including the kitchen and living room. This spot is pet-friendly, LGBTQ friendly, and smoking is permitted, just not in the common areas. Looking for a young, clean, and responsible female tenant that will take good care of all the furniture there, respect the space and current tenant, and enjoy all the many amenities in the neighborhood!

A new lease will incur a $125 fee and a deposit of 1 months rent- the current lease ends on May 1, option to renew lease is available for no additional fee. I will cover the fees!
