The building includes a large gym and roofdeck, as well as a seasonal pool and (paid) garage parking (street parking is also available nearby). Other nearby subways include the G/E/M (Court Sq, 10-15 minute walk) and N/W/R/F (Queens(boro) Plaza, 15-20 minute walk).
The apartment is available furnished or unfurnished and has a pass through kitchen opening to a large dining/living room with wrap around windows. The unit includes a dishwasher and in-unit washer dryer. The bathroom is modern, and the bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed with side tables and a large dresser.
