I have to relocate due to job loss at this time. However, I have been living here for over 2 years and have loved every minute! 9 minute walk to the Exchange Place PATH station and right at the Essex Street light rail. However, this inside facing unit has ZERO noise and beautiful evening sunlight.
The super is extremely attentive but I have almost never needed their help. Full gas-burning spacious kitchen and in unit washer and dryer as well.
