Welcome to the Hub:) I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and love it! 528 sq ft, 22nd floor. I just left to move in with my boyfriend. The apartment has great light, very comfortable and cozy, amazing year-round heated pool and hot tub, garden, gym, coworking space, and rooftops. Great for hosting friends and relaxing. The building management is very helpful and friendly. Corner unit, open large studio on the 22nd floor with unobstructed views of Brooklyn (Barclays Center, Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty, Ft Greene). Floor-to-ceiling windows providing expansive views and abundant sunlight year-round. Beautiful sunset views over the water.
In-unit AC, In-unit washer/dryer. Total of 2 large closets, with built-in shelving, tons of kitchen cabinet and shelf space too.
