Additional fees

A qualified candidate must have a combination of income/earnings, bank assets, and other assets (I-20 funds available for international students) totaling 40x the gross rent, and a credit score of 700. If the candidate cannot meet the 40x gross rent requirement, they must qualify with TheGuarantor. Candidates need to complete an online application.
