2 double-bedroom apartment (2nd bedroom is large double but has no outside window; it does have a large interior window which lets in light). Air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and lounge.

Kitchen with stainless-steel appliances (large fridge/freezer, large gas hob/oven, large microwave, dishwasher).

Very light (big windows, wooden floors and white walls). 18th floor at back of building so very quiet.

Bathroom has full bath and good shower.

In short, it has been a very nice place to live! No complaints - location is excellent, can't hear any noise from neighbors, can't hear any street noise except the odd siren.

With regard to rent, I recently had a look about for similar-sized apartments in similar (though, frankly, not as nice) buildings in the area and prices were far higher than what we are currently paying. For anyone who can take over our lease, they would be getting a very good apartment for below-market prices.
