Background: My husband and I have lived in this unit for over 4 years, and have loved our time here. We're moving boroughs, so our lease is available for a sublease or lease takeover starting mid-Jan (the landlord would prefer a 15 month lease takeover through April 31, 2027), with a monthly rent of $6,450.
