My 12 month lease finishes in May 2026 and I am looking for someone to takeover the lease from December 1st to January 1st. Would be willing to include some furniture for an additional fee, can discuss further. Parking is available in a parking lot behind the building for $200 per month. Security deposit of 1 month rent is required. No broker fees, etc. Applicant will have to go through approval process with Walker House Property Management company. Be prepared to have them conduct a credit check, finance check, etc. if interested in the apartment. They're looking for minimum 20-30x monthly rent ($60k+) in annual income. The monthly rent I pay is $2000, but I am offering it at the listed price as a concession/ incentive.
