I’m moving out and renting my room in a five-bedroom, five-bath, two-story apartment. The room has an ensuite bathroom (standing shower, not a tub, with a nice window overlooking the backyard) and a small closet.

About the apartment:
• Two stories, two living rooms
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• Shared backyard with string/fairy lights
• Central AC (everyone downstairs has their own unit; upstairs shares)
• Small shared storage closet for extra stuff
• Upstairs neighbors (not part of our unit) have lived there almost a decade, very quiet and friendly

Roommates & pets:
• Four roommates: one female and three males, ages range from 30s to 40s
• English Bulldog, 5 years old, very sweet and friendly
• One kitten, new to the household
• The household is 420-friendly; cigarette smoking is fine, just not indoors

Location:
• ~7 minute walk to the J Train (Halsey Avenue)
• ~12 minute walk to the L Train (Wilson Avenue)
• ~25 minute ride to train
Ride to SoHo
• ~5 minute drive to the Jackie Robinson Parkway
• Neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has amazing food spots. I’ve lived here for three years and in the neighborhood for six — always had a positive experience.

• Shared kitchen — please clean up after yourself
