Property Details

Our apartment has been a happy home for over 5 years! We'll be traveling for all of January, so we're looking to sublet our place for just a month.

We have a big, comfy sofa with a pull-out full-sized bed, an expandable dining table, and 3 south-facing windows for plenty of sunlight during the day. The kitchen is small but mighty, with a stand mixer, food processor and other appliances perfect for cooking and baking projects. The bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and a monitor for remote work.

The neighborhood (between Crown Heights and Prospect Heights) is amazing. It's centrally-located, with many restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Better yet, it's 2 blocks from the Brooklyn Museum, and a short walk to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Grand Army Plaza/Prospect Park. There is a ton to do nearby whether you're looking for family-friendly parks and farmer's markets, or a fun night out in Brooklyn.

It's a totally walkable neighborhood, and we're a 5 minute walk from the 2/3 trains, a 7 minute walk from the 4/5 trains, and a 15 minute walk to the B/Q or C trains.

Note that the apartment is next to a fire station. Sometimes sirens are audible from the living room, but they can't be heard in the bedroom with the door closed, so it doesn't interrupt sleep or work calls.
