The space gets amazing natural light all day and has a gorgeous view of the rivers and even the Statue of Liberty. The apartment only shares one wall (with a neighbor), and the other side is an elevator shaft that you don't hear at all. The layout makes it easy to live comfortably, and there's an in-unit washer/dryer which is super convenient.
300 Ashland is a full-service building with a gym, doorman, lounges, and outdoor spaces. You're right above Whole Foods and BAM, and just within a couple of minutes you can catch almost every major subway line: 2/3/4/5, B/D/N/Q/R, G, C. Getting into Manhattan or anywhere in Brooklyn is incredibly fast and easy.
If you're looking for a bright, peaceful spot in the middle of everything, this is it!
