The space gets amazing natural light all day and has a gorgeous view of the rivers and even the Statue of Liberty. The apartment only shares one wall (with a neighbor), and the other side is an elevator shaft that you don't hear at all. The layout makes it easy to live comfortably, and there's an in-unit washer/dryer which is super convenient.

300 Ashland is a full-service building with a gym, doorman, lounges, and outdoor spaces. You're right above Whole Foods and BAM, and just within a couple of minutes you can catch almost every major subway line: 2/3/4/5, B/D/N/Q/R, G, C. Getting into Manhattan or anywhere in Brooklyn is incredibly fast and easy.

If you're looking for a bright, peaceful spot in the middle of everything, this is it!

Club Level Amenities: Included in rent (I prepaid for these at the start of my lease, so you’ll have full access to the gym and rooftop deck at no extra cost until my lease term ending).

Tenant pays electricity (includes AC/heat).- Internet: Building is wired for Verizon Fios and Gig Stream.- Storage & Parking (optional): Bike storage available ($25/month).- Storage lockers: $85/month (small) or $185/month (large).
