Additional fees

At this time, management will only consider lease reassignment for those who intend to renew. The apartment is not rent stabilized. The applicant must submit an application ($20 non-refundable fee per applicant for the screening) and provide supporting documentation. The landlord requires income to be 40 times the rent with credit in the 700 range. If the applicant is using a Guarantor they must be a US Guarantor with income at 80 times the rent with good credit. For supporting documents you will need proof of income- employment letter and two recent paystubs, copy of ID, two recent bank statements, W2 or tax return and current landlord reference letter.
