Hi! I'm a masters student at Columbia who is graduating this December and I am looking for someone to sublease 1 bedroom in 2bd 1 bath apartment in Morningside Heights starting on 1/05/26. It's about a 15 min walk to campus, about a 10 min walk to 1 train and a 5 minute walk to the B and C trains. You would be living with 1 other girl, who is attending Columbia for her Master's. I’m currently looking for someone to fill Bedroom 1 and is clean and considerate. I have included pictures of the unit on the apartment website and how it looks furnished. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished (I am more inclined to those who wish to keep the bedroom furnished). There is a great amount of closet space and overhead closet space! My roommate is clean, friendly and laid back. The unit has a dishwasher and there are several laundromats in the area!
